Ordering Instructions

Engraving

All of our personalized picture frames come with the graphics shown. You will supply all of the text you want engraved. Please enter all of your text that you want engraved in the text boxes that ask for "engraving on top" and "engraving on bottom". This way we will only follow the instructions that you provide us. If you leave any field blank, we will assume that you do not want any engraving on that part of the frame.


We will make the top engraving larger than the bottom engraving unless otherwise noted in the customer comments box. Please feel free to leave any additional engraving instructions in the customer comments box when you check out.

Fonts

Our font choices are located on every page on the left navigation bar. There is also a list on the "Engraving Info" page located at the top navigation bar.


There is an option for font size (small, medium or large). Our graphic artists use this as a general guideline. It will depend on the font you select and the amount of text you want engraved. We will make sure it fits beautifully based on the option you select and the amount of text you will need engraved. Most of our samples are a medium font. If you are unsure of which font size to choose, please select medium.

Email a Photo Option

Email us a photo for us to color copy and include in your order. You will be sent an email confirmation of your order after your order has been placed. Please reply to this email with your photo. Please only send high quality photos. Most cell phone photos are very low resolution.

Engraving on Back Option

Please enter your engraving on back message in the gift message box when you check out. If you forget, we will contact you for the information prior to shipping.

Payment Options

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you are paying via credit card, please skip over the Paypal information and proceed to the credit card section.

Shipping to US Only

We ship next business day for arrival via USPS Priority Mail in 2 - 3 days. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to complete the name and address section and hit the apply button for the shipping service you would like. This will generate your total shipping cost prior to placing an order.

When Should I Expect My Order?

We are very fast at shipping your orders! Here is an approximate arrival time. Our orders ship either same business day or next business day. RKeepsakes personally guarantees arrival via USPS Priority Mail.

USPS Priority Mail (usually 2 days to major cites and 3 days to rural cities in the US)
Shipping to Canada is 6 - 10 business days via USPS Priority Mail


If shipped on Monday - expect arrival Wednesday/Thursday
If shipped on Tuesday - expect arrival Thursday/Friday
If shipped on Wednesday - expect arrival Friday/Saturday
If shipped on Thursday, Friday or Saturday - expect arrival Monday

Fed-Ex Ground - Fed-ex Ground takes 1 - 5 business days to arrive. We are located on the West Coast. For East Coast customers, it will take up to 5 business days for Fed-ex Ground to arrive. We may change your shipping to USPS if we can get it to you faster and at a lower cost - especially around holidays.


You will also have the option to ship Fed Ex Two Day and Overnight. Fed-ex does not deliver on Saturday - business days only.

Shipping to Canada Only

We ship next business day for arrival via USPS Priority Mail International in 6 - 10 days. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to complete the name and address section and hit the apply button for the shipping service you would like. This will generate your total shipping cost prior to placing an order. All Canada orders must choose USPS Priority Mail International.
