Ordering Instructions:
Personalized Engraving
All engraving on front of frame is included in the price listed.
All of our personalized picture frames come with the graphics (pictures) shown, BUT, you need to specify ANY and All text you want engraved. If the frame displayed says "Bahamas"... You need to type that in...It's not automatically included. You might want "Bahamas Vacation".. So If you do not type it, it will not be on your frame.
You will need to enter the text you want in the fields provided on the order form.
If you only want a date at the bottom of the frame it can be entered in either the "Engraving on bottom" or the "Date" box.
Fields that are left blank indicate you do not want any engraving on that part of the frame.
Fonts
Selection: Our font choices are located on the "Engraving Info" page located at the top of the navigation bar. You have the ability to specify the font you prefer. Please CLICK HERE for samples. If you find something you like that is not offered, just make a note of it in the Customer Comments section at checkout.
Size: There is an option for font size (small, medium, large) when personalizing your order. Our graphic artists use this as a general guideline, taking into account the amount of text you want engraved and the layout of the piece. Most of our examples shown are considered a medium font. We will generally make the engraving at the top of the frame slightly larger than the bottom engraving, but if you prefer something different, please note your preferences in the Customer Comments box.
Email a Photo Option
If you choose, you can email us a photo to be placed in your frame prior to shipment. To do this, simply reply to the email confirmation you receive when your order has been placed. It is important that you match the orientation of your picture to your frame order. Please only send high-quality photos in order to ensure the best print possible.Engraving on Back
For an additional $3.00 you can choose to add apersoanlization on the back of the frame. This is a wonderful option, particularly for gifts. Please enter the message you would like engrade in the "Gift Message" box at checkout. If you forget, we will contact you for the information prior to shipping.Payment Options

We usually ship within 2 business days for arrival via USPS Priority Mail in 2 - 3 days. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to complete the name and address section and hit the apply button for the shipping service you would like. This will generate your total shipping cost prior to placing an order. Canada orders must choose USPS Priority Mail International.USPS Priority Mail (usually 2 days to major cites and 3 days to rural cities in the US)
Shipping to Canada is 6 - 10 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

5x7 frame measures 6.75" x 8.75" (holds a 5x7 photo)
8x10 frame measures 9.75" x 11.75" (holds an 8x10 photo)
Each frame has both a drop leg easel to set on a shelf and a hook to hang on a wall in both horizontal and vertical directions. Each frame comes packaged in its own white box with no external markings.
